The product is possibly the best engineered and designed product I have seen.  One of my favorite features is the ease of cleaning this shutter.  You can literally remove the panels in 30 seconds and put them in the shower or under your hose to clean them, allow them to dry and easily "snap" them back in.  That would not be advisable with a wood shutter.
